Volume Knob Controller for PC (deej)

A USB volume controller for volume mixer in windows to control multiple application's volumes seperately

Deej (a small open-source software for windows) needs to be installed on the PC which receives the knob position information sent over USB Serial by the Arduino.

The Arduino Nano can be firmly fixed in place with a bit of hot glue at just the two corners opposite to the USB port. The USB port itself is fixed in the hole inside the wall. The potis can be soldered directly to the board with some thin wire.

Works on Linux as well

Size without knobs: 40x150x25mm

Parts:

- Arduino Nano (clone or original, with USB-Mini-B port)
- 5x standard potentiometers
- 4x M3 screws with square nut inserts
- 4x rubber feet (optional)
- some thin wire to connect potentiometers to Arduino
- USB cable
