Description
This is a small rack to hold and power my complete DCC++EX setup. I am using Raspberry Pi 4B that runs JMRI, an Arduino Uno or Mega with either the DCC++EX motorshield or the standard Deek Robot (Arduino clone) motorshield and an Arduino Mega with a senor shield.
The base contains all the power distribution for the entire rack along with an on off switch. The Pi is powered via a buck convertor that then feeds a USB-C breakout board. This is then connected to another USB-C breakout board that then powers the Pi via the GPIO pins.
The rack uses 120mm lengths of 1" aluminum extrusions. The top holes have been tapped for ¼ -20 screws.
