SOVOL SV01 E3D Hemera Mount.

This is the combo I use for the E3D Hemera extruder on the SOVOL SV01.

I still have some upgrades to do :

• Filament sensor mount
• Cable holder on the X motor mount cover.

/!\ This combo includes my X Motor Cover from my SOVOL SV01 Savior's Kit. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4730352 which allows to maximize X travel to +300mm

The design try to minimize the amount of work on the genuine carriage: it mostly uses the holes already drilled into SOVOL's blue carriage. There's only one hole to drill (M3). As I tried to save the same Z-height and same Firmware configuration*, and minimize the holes to be drilled, you'll have to dismount the carriage to fix the hemera from the back of the carriage.

• X travel 300mm
• Esteps 376mm (eventually to be adjusted)

Recommended material :

PLA (for Motor and cable cover)

PETG/ASA/ABS for other parts.

Q&A

Which parts differs from the genuine SV01 ones ?

• E3D Hemera
• 5015 fan (find another fan mount if your 2040 fan is still alive)
• Some screws (BOM to come...)
