Fan Duct 40mm for BMG Extruder + E3D V6

There's not much cooling fans for the excellent BMG Extruder and most uses noisy 5015 fans. This duplex fan duct is specially design to hold quiet 40mm fans, like Noctua series. This design uses 2x 40mm fans, one to keep the hotend's sink cool, and the other to cool down the printed part. I prints in two parts. The parts are optimized to use minimal filament and keep the weight low.

BOM

1x 40x10mm fan for hotend cooling

1x 40x20mm fan for printed part cooling (possible replacement 40x10mm but not optimal)

8x M3 screws for plastic (length = fan deep + 2 to 4mm)

HOW TO GUIDE

1. Print both parts (see print settings for further information)
2. Insert the fan duct into the duplex fan holder (triangle shape into the triangle hole).
3. Fix the 40mm fans in with M3 screws.
4. Clip the duplex fan holder on the hotend, as low as possible. The duplex fan holder bottom should be flush with the heatsink's bottom.
5. Adjust the fan duct height a hair above the nozzle out hole. It's supposed to be a friction fit that allows to adjust the fan duct height to your configuration. You can eventually glue the fan duct in while adjusted, but I like keeping mine free.
