Description
Simple squeegee based on 3M glod series P.A.-1 or Avery's, same flexibility, same size. Quick and easy, and pretty useful not much filament spent.
This is the ideal tool to apply build plates sheets like PEI, BuildTak, Kapton or Painter's tape. I use it also for vinyl wrapping, applying glue or resins, well everywhere you would need a good squeegee.

So basic, there's not much to say...
Improvements
Depending of the job to be done, you would like to wrap a soft material on a end to avoid scratches, a felt banding is good for vinyl, films or plexiglass. Microfiber banding is good for cleaning. EVA foam banding is good for glue, resin or water. Just keep this in mind if you need to.

Wrap double sided tape over a edge
Wrap felt, fabric, EVA foam over the tape. Simple as that.
