Serious Metal Sheet Brake

This is a serious sheet metal brake to fold any sheet material up to 12mm (1/2"). Actualy max angle is 90° because I used offcuts from the shop. Maybe I'll make an upgrade to allow up to 135° folding and round corners as soon as I need it.

Please note the parts will print with any nozzle, but thin details, like the side ruler, will be better with 0.3mm or thiner.

How I Designed This

Hi guys,

I needed a serious sheet metal brake for some machinery purpose. I tryed to use the best offcuts laying on my stockpile so, maybe you won't find same materials available. Anyways, this is rathe a "how to" thing. Adjust the plans to any material/dimensions more suitable for your purpose. Keep in mind, especialy if you plan to brake metal sheets, that you will need heavy duty materials anyways.
