Colgate to Crest toothpaste coupler

@naynaybae's toothpaste coupler is awesomely simple. Sadly it only works on Crest tubes (my bad for not checking before I printed a handful). I have my favorite mouthwash flavored Crest toothpaste but my dentist gives me Colgate samples that I wanted to refill with the stuff I like.

This is just a quick remix that cut the design in half, scaled up the Colgate half to 110% and left the Crest half at 100%, then glued the model back together. 

It works great!
