Roller Blind Spring Clutch Part

This is a replacement part for budget roller blinds sold in OBI and Jysk-like stores in Europe under many product names. See the drawing for dimensions.

This part wears out by time as the springs rub against it when the roller blind is operated. Mine came down by itself when shut, so I designed the part to replace the original. See the marks on the tubular surface of the original, that's what the springs do over time.

Printing

Print in PETG or ASA/ABS for durability. Default print settings are good. Orientation as in the STL file. Supports are not needed.

Assembly

Take apart the broken one by using pliers to compress the tip of the clutch part. Transfer the springs to the new part, click the new one into the tubular part. That's it.
