Description
Articulated slugcats from Rain World with variations for the Monk, Survivor and Hunter. Partially inspired by Copper Keep's Friendly Articulated Slug design.
Â
Don't use Arachne perimeter generator - it makes some walls too thin causing them break easily
Use as much cooling as your material can handle, PLA with 100% cooling is preferred
Layer height: 0.15 mm
Perimeters: set external and small perimeters to 20 mm/s or even 15 mm/s and lower support material interface to 50% speed, use 2 or more perimeters
Brim: don't use automatic brim, make one yourself by adding single layer solids in your slicer if you need them, use the provided brim version of the model if you're not sure if you need one
Create supports with the paint-on supports feature: In Prusaslicer open it, set "Highlight overhang by angle" to 31 degrees, check "Smart fill" and "On Overhangs Only" then fill the underside of the head
Organic supports in Prusaslicer have worked the best for me:Â
Enable dynamic overhang speed, these are the speeds that have worked well for me:Â
Infill: 10% - use how much you want
Hide the seam: set the seam to aligned and use the paint-on seam tool to hide the seams inside the ears
