5.25 TEAC drive face plate (with round LED & handle)

A replacement 5.25 TEAC drive face plate, based on one by jerryt74332.

This one has a round hole for a LED, so that you don't have to print a light pipe with transparent filament (and it perhaps looks a bit better).

There's also a handle, thought that one is a bit rough and hasn't been measured precisely. Works well enough though.
