Mini 12864 LCD Display Housing for 2020 V-Slot

Housing for the fysetc mini12864 LCD Display that can be mounted to 2020 vslot extrusion.

To make the reset button work you have to replace the tactile switch button by a lower profile version. This requires some experience with soldering, but its actually quite a simple job. Alternatively you could try to trim it down (the tactile switch is hollow, use a Dremel to trim it properly).

All modifications at your own risk ;)

Hardware needed:

• 1x 6x6x5 tactile switch

• 4x 10mm M3 screw to mount the display/case

• 2x 10mm M5 screw/TNut to mount the assembly to the 2020 vslot extrusion

Print instructions

Don't use any elephant foot compensation, I added slight chamfers into the model to mitigate elephant foot related issues.

• Infill: 20%

• Layer height: 0.2mm

• Perimeters: 4

• Extrusion width: 0.45

• Filament: PETG, ABS, ASA

Post-Printing

After printing the model, remove the three integrated supports for the card reader.
