Modular Guitar Pedal Board

Why purchase an expensive pedal board for $50? You can just print a few of these and connect them together. Each module is around a 6-7 hour print and they're really strong. I was able to jump on these without failure, so they're able to be stomped on to activate pedals. There's a few holes to run cables through and smaller holes to use zip-ties. There are connection points on all 4 sides to connect more modules.

Print Settings:

Module:

• Layer height: 0.25-0.30mm
• Print speed: 60-80mm/s
• Shell count: 2
• Infill: at least 20%
• No raft, no brim
• Support the holes on the side

Hardware:

• Layer Height: 0.16mm
• Print speed: 40mm/s
• Shell count: 3
• Infill: 20-30%
• no raft, brim, or supports

Handle:

• Layer height: 0.25-0.30mm
• Print speed: 60-80mm/s
• Shell count: 2
• Infill: at least 20%
• No raft, no brim, no supports
