Application / Functions

A screwcatcher for when I do repairs or analysis of smaller electronics. The catcher needed to be small and lightweight, easy to use (I don’t like waisting time finicking with small screws etc.) and needed to accommodate some USB-drives or similar. I also wanted to be able to be working on multiple projects, so a divider was necessary.

• Divided main tray
• Top bar for hanging stuff
• Openings for USB-sized items (Thumb-drive)
• Chamfered front to more easily retrieve any small item

Future improvements

As my needs for screwcatchers keep changing over time, an update will probably come in the coming months. Some changes I would like to add:

• Rethink overall shape to be simpeler
• Rethink USB-accomodation
• Remove top bar
• Add storing features
• Add storage for little tools often used (screwdriver, razorknife, …)
