Summary of changes in this remixed version:
- Two choice of top: One with original LED positioning, and one with the LED holes aligned with the PTT, Delay and Deviation apertures.
- Tightened up tolerances of front panel holes.
- Re-done front panel labelling with vertical text.
- Repositioned and added shrouds to the DIP switch apertures in top cover.
- Removed screw holes from top and added them to bottom, with countersink. Designed to accept 2.5x16mm countersunk thread forming screws - Will need drilling out to use 3mm screws.
- Thinned back wall behind DE-9 Connector to 0.8mm.
- Reduced size of aperture around USB connector.
When printing via Cura, set the 'Slicing Tolerance' to 'Exclusive' in the experimental section, otherwise the LED and PTT button holes will print undersized, and the text will look even worse. You will need a printer/slicer dialled in to produce dimensionally accurate results when using this model.
