Description
If you have a 120mm fan in your enclosure, it would be nice to have some ventilation flaps there. Here is a version that have flaps that open when air blow. They hang a little angled so not much force is needed for them to open.
Print instructions:
Personally I printed this in PLA since I got so much geometry problems with PETG.
Base: No particular, I have 20% infill on mine.
Flap: Support on base plate only.
Mount instructions:
Could be good to drill the flap holes in base with a 3.5 mm drill, or just scrape them to get a round clean hole. Also, make sure the flap pins are round and nice.
Fasten base and fan with 4x M4 screws. You need to drill the holes in acrylic glass with 4.5 mm drill of you not already have done this when you installed fan.
Bend the flaps to insert them, nice side inwards so they hang a little outwards.
