Description
This are Euro-Coins for Shopping Cart.
I have made another (NoAMS 4 Color) Euro-Coins, but you need a Login to see that:
https://www.printables.com/model/778773-einkaufswagenchip-fckafd-openscad
The Admin from Printables means its NSFW, I dont know why.
You need Inkscape, Openscad and a Slicer (Here PrusaSlicer 2.6.*).
Or you can made the SVG-File by Inkscape or copy it (for example by Wikipedia).
And you can find hier some SVGs:
https://pictogrammers.com/library/mdi/
1. Step
Change in Inkscape B and H for the Size and set "Point zero" (X/Y) in the middle.
Look to the Screenshot from Inkscape
2. Step
Open Openscad and changed the Filename to your SVG-Grafik
Press F5
3. Step
Then calibrate the Position and Size of the Picture with pos_x/pos_y
and size_x/size_y. Press F5 to see what you have done.
4. Step
To render press F6
For save the STL-File press F7
Thats all, its really simple.
But look what your Slicer do with the Pictures.
Not all Pictures looks beautiful after slicing (and printing).
For Coins on other Countries you can change DIAMETER and THICKNESS
Printing the Keychain:
Nozzle 0,4
Layer 0,2
Infill 15% or 20% (100% mean, to get in/out the Coin from the Keychain is very strong)
Printing the Coins:
Nozzle 0,4
Layer 0,2
V-Perimeter 3
Top-Layer 0
Bottom Layer 0
Infill 100%
Fill pattern concentric
Filament Change at Layer 9 (1,80 mm)
Look to the Screenshots, sorry that is in German and another sorry for my bad English.
Last Words:
The openscad-File is a little bit modified by me for a better handling.
I have made 3 3mf-Files for 9, 25 and 80 Coins
and the Keychains for 9, 25 and 40 Pieces.
The 9 and 25 Files can be used with the Mini(+) too (Not tested).
If you need only 2 or 3 Pieces, you can switch off some in PrusaSlicer.
Enjoy
