Description
I took the basic STL model, imported it into Fusion 360, and created a BRep part. I then added 4 wings. I've included the f3d file for the version that's flat like the original knob.
I've also added STL files for the flat 4 wing version, and for a concave 4 wing version. The concave version needs to be printed with supports, and will need some cleanup/flame to smooth things off. The flat version doesn't need any supports.
The 3mf files has a slower first layer and prints at 110 degrees for the bed temp, because I had some adhesion issues with the part coming off the bed in the middle of the print. And I was using my satin sheet.
I printed with PETG with grid infill at 20% and 3 perimeters.
