Ergonomic File Handle for Nicholson Files

New version of my previous file handle design.

The old version didn't fit in the hand quite as well as I would like, specifically it felt a bit too slim overall and the area around where the thumb and index finger grip was not quite right.

This takes some design cues/dimensions from this Nicholson brand file handle: https://www.rockler.com/nicholson-file-handle-with-4-interchangeable-inserts and mixes in smooth flowing curvature and a bolster.

The taper for the file tang has also been refined based on actual measurements from my 6, 8, and 10 inch files.
