Description

I really liked @makerseth's design but wanted to add some space for my Tile. I created the model from scratch however in Fusion 360. In my first print, I mistakenly made the diameter of the circle to show the tile 27mm instead of 16. I've fixed that in this STL but have not re-printed.

The wall in front of the tile is only 2 perimeters thick, could probably be a bit thicker but it seems to work so far. Going to trial this out for a couple of weeks and see if there are any changes I'd like to make.

In the pictures I have a single bill, 5 bills and 11 bills. They all stay in just fine. I have 6 cards in there, my normal carry. Any less than that and they will fall out. I plan on making some retention areas on the updated design in a week or so to protect against this.

How I Designed This

Used Autodesk Fusion 360

Made a sketch, added some fillets, then extruded each section to the appropriate heights. I added some 3d fillets around the cash area but no where else. Punched a 27mm (whoops now 16mm) hole in the center of the Tile holder.

This is designed for Ninjaflex 1.75mm filament with a .40mm tip and a .48mm extrusion width. Sliced with Simplify3D.
