1 1/4" (1.25) in U-Bolt Saddle Bracket

A 3D-printed saddle bracket for a 1 1/14" (1.25 in) 5/16" u-bolt. Typically, this part will have a lot of force on it, so you need to print it to withstand vertical as well as twisting forces. My first pass at this (not yet tested under load) is the following:

• 0.28 layer height with a 0.4 nozzle 
• 4 wall loops
• 1.12 mm top and bottom thickness (4 layers)
• 30% infill using Gyroid pattern

If this will be placed outside, then ASA is the preferred material. Use the filament type appropriate to your application.
