Description
I bought the Front Housing Assembly - X1 Series and connecting LOGO LED Cable. I simply tapped into the hotend fan 5v positive and negative. Refer to the pictures for wire color and +/- identification. This requires soldering and skill. I thought someone might benefit from the info.
The Fan wiring:
Black -
Dark Gray +
The last two pictures are shown with the following color insert (I used Hatchbox PETG bronze). The led light is way too bright, so this is definitely a needed final touch.
