Filament Colour Sample Squares

If you have more than a few spools of filament it can be really useful to print samples for each spool.
When trying to decide what colours to use for a design its much easier to work with the sample squares. You can arrange them along side each other to work out the best coordinated colours for your design.
There's a small case to store them in so you can have a mini catalog sitting next to you on your desk.

Once printed I put a small label on the back identifying its filament brand and colour name.

I find its good to not fill each slot but leave enough gap so you can flip through them.
 

Squares have raised lettering for PLA, PETG and ABS.

STL files for 6 and 10 slot cases are included.

Print Settings:

• Print with 0.2mm layer height
• No supports or infill required
• Turn on ironing if you'd like a nice finish
