Monster Lock
Master Lock 410 LOTO lock replacement body, with no visible screw.
IMPORTANT: For locksport only. Not recommended to be used to secure anything.

Required parts
- A Master Lock 410 LOTO lock, cracked open:
- KiK cylinder + key
- Shackle
- Actuator
- 2x ball bearings - M3 nut and screw (3mm diameter)
- 1 x M3 screw, between 8mm and 16mm long.
- 1 x M3 hexagonal nut: 2.4mm thickness, 5.5mm socket size (face to face).
- Screwdriver, with a diameter of less than 6.5mm.
Assembly instructions
NOTE: There is a photo for each instruction step.
- Break the sacrificial layer in the screw hole (both parts) using the screw. Remove any debris.
- Push the nut in the hole on the side of the housing.
- Put the KiK cylinder in the housing, and unlock it with the key.
- Put the shackle in the body.
- Put the balls in the lock body. Push them all the way in with a flat screwdriver.
- Put the actuator in the lock body. Make sure it's oriented in the "Open" (unlocked) position.
- Pull on the shackle. The balls will move in the actuator, locking it in place. The shackle will only come out if the actuator is oriented properly.
- Put the housing in.
- Close the shackle and try to lock / unlock it, to make sure it works. Make sure the housing do not leave the padlock. It's not secured yet.
- Unlock it, put the screw down the shackle hole and screw it in place.
Disassembly instructions
- Unlock the padlock and remove the screw down the shackle hole.
- Close the shackle and lock the padlock.
- Remove the housing and the KiK cylinder. It should come out by pulling on the key.
- Remove the actuator. It should easily fall off the padlock.
- Pull on the shackle. The ball bearings will fall off the padlock.
