Description
My family were gifted this sewing machine which was supposed to have a plastic part which slots into the side of the machine, to hold tension on the cotton reels while sewing.
Unfortunately, this part was either misplaced or broken before they were given the machine. I couldn't find any replacement for the part online. So taking my trusty calipers I created a replacement which fits the locking clip. I don't know what the original part looked like as i couldn't find anything about it.
It's highly likely Dunelm just slapped their name on an existing machine which already exists in the market so with that in mind this may fit other machines with an identical setup.
The part, can be printed as is with no supports and minimal cleanup. I printed this one with 20% infill.
