Description
Esun e-box (not lite) heating switch relay clicks loudly when adjusting the temperature.
It is so disturbingly loud because this 12V relay is soldered tightly to the circuit board directly behind the front panel.
I soldered this relay off this circuit board and soldered the 4 legs back on with a 3-4 cm wire each.
Since the relay body is not in direct contact with anything, the clicking noise was immediately reduced.
Before I assembled it, I wrapped the relay in several layers of tissue paper, so it was even quieter and thus certainly did not touch the housing after assembly.
(I treated the fan bearings with PTFE spray, installed a humidity and temperature gauge in the front panel)
