Protection for optical fiber network cable for laying around corners

I had the problem that I had to run the optical network cable around corners in two places in the house. With the help of these guides, the bending radius is always greater than 8cm, preventing the optical fibers from breaking.

The cables can be attached with simple zip ties to the grommets located in the frame. I created two variations of each frame. One with an additional guide around the corner (extension) and one without. 

Admittedly, the parts are very much optimized for my local conditions. But maybe the designs are still helpful for others or at least offer ideas for own designs.
