Ich habe die Position der Filamentrolle grundlegend angepasst.

Als erstes habe ich den originalen Halter wie auf dem Foto zu erkennen innerhalb vom Gehäuse montiert. So ist die Rolle von Staub und Feuchtigkeit geschützt.

Dazu habe ich auf die Welle 11x Kugellager 8x22x7mm gesteckt und an den Enden jeweils ein großes und kleines Rad hinzugefügt.

So ist gewährleistet das die Filamentrolle stets sauber geführt wird, durch die Kugellager sehr leichtgängig sich bewegen lässt, und ein herunter springen der Rolle ist so ausgeschlossen, das kleine Rad ist so dimensioniert das selbst Rollen mit kleinem Innendurchmesser(z.B. Esun) problemlos eingewechselt werden können ohne die Daumenschraube zu lösen.

Um ein eigenständiges abwickeln der Rolle zu verhindern habe ich einen Filamentguide erstellt der mit Nuten-Steinen direkt am Alu-Profil vom Gehäuse montiert werden kann. Ich hatte solche Nuten-Steine z.B. vom Not-Aus Schalter noch übrig.

Mit diesem Aufbau ist zu jeder Zeit gewährleistet das die Rolle sich sehr leichtgängig während dem Druck mitbewegen lässt und beim hochfahren vom Extruder am ende die Rolle sich nicht von selbst abwickelt. Außerdem beeinträchtigt diese Position nicht den Bauraum da diese so neben der Druckplatte hängt.

I have fundamentally adjusted the position of the filamentroll.

First, I mounted the original holder inside the housing as can be seen in the photo.

I put 11x ballbearings 8x22x7mm on the shaft and added a large and small wheel at the ends.

This ensures that the filamentroll is always guided cleanly, through which ball bearings can be moved very smoothly, and a jump down of the roll is excluded, the small wheel is dimensioned in such a way that even rolls with a small inner diameter (for example Esun) can be easily replaced without loosening the thumbscrew.

In order to prevent self unwinding of the roll, I have created a filamentguide that can be mounted with T-Nuts directly on the aluminum profile of the housing. I still had T-Nuts left over for example from the emergency stop button.

With this construction, it is ensured at all times that the roll can be moving very smoothly during the printing and that the roll does not unwinding by itself when the extruder moves to the end position. In addition, this position does not affect the workspace because it hangs next to the printplate.
