Voronoi planter for glass

I designed this as a permeable interface between a small pot and a glass, so a small high water-demanding plants can be watered. I made this one for a Venus flytrap (Dionaea muscipula) pot. The sizes required for the glass and the pot are showed in one of the images.
I designed this making a frame base with SolidWorks, later converting it into a voronoi structure using this web tool (Voronator). I left both models in this post.
The venus flytrap I had in the cover photo died out back in January, after a heat stroke; before this model was even published. I recycled this planter as an aquarium wood chunk like decoration, and it works as an attachment for Elodea plant.
