Ignition Switch Panel Mount

This is a mounting enclosure for an ignition panel for various motorsport vehicles. The mounting brackets are designed to fit around a 32mm pipe or rod, but I have included the STEP files as well if you need to adjust the diameter or want to change the mounting style entirely.

Additional parts required:
- M3 x H8 brass heat-set inserts (x12)
- M3 x 8 Screws (x12)

I recommend printing the parts in ASA with a wide brim. This will prevent warping and UV resistance due to outdoor exposure. Even with an enclosure, satin PEI sheet, and proper heating I still had the long parts of the enclosure start to curl off the bed. I recommend using a glue stick and sanding the part down if necessary to get a flush mount with the panel. Organic supports in PrusaSlicer work very well with this model.

The gaskets were printed with Overture 95A TPU and will fit snugly inside the two provided grommet holes. You may want to mirror the model in your slicer if you need to change the orientation of the cable management holes.
