Slightly bend the joint and the bolts' place and push the screwdriver between wide metal plate and plastic part from the outer side towards top. The broken part should popup.
Print the replacement part, heat it by hair fan and put it in a pot to bend it.
Put it all together. The cable has to go through the middle. Press the parts together while screwing the bolts otherwise the thread will be destroyed.
Secure the bolted and printed parts with a (transparent) duck tape.
Use PETG. Don't use PLA because it will break sooner or later.
