Replacement sleeve for 24 oz ThermoFlask bottle

I take my ThermoFlask bottle to many places, and somewhere along the way I lost the sleeve. Putting the aluminum bottle down on hard surfaces can be a hassle (mostly because I forget the sleeve is not there and it hits the surface hard). So I decided to make a replacement. This is a 1:1 replacement for the sleeve that comes with a new bottle.

Print settings. I used a 0.6 nozzle but it is not strictly necessary. A 0.4 mm nozzle is probably fine.

• Filament: TPU (I used black Overture High Speed TPU, shore hardness 95A)
• 0.6mm nozzle
• 0.3 layer height
• 0.62 line width
• Outside wall order: infill/inner/outer (helps with the curve at the bottom, as TPU does not bridge well)
• Top surface pattern: Concentric
• Top shell layers: 4
• Bottom surface pattern: Monotonic
• Bottom shell layers: 4
• Internal solid infill pattern: Monotonic
• Sparse infill density: 100%
• Sparse infill pattern: Concentric
• No brim

Make sure to use a lot of cooling!
