Coaster for Tesla Model S Front Cupholders

Getting the bottom of the Tesla Model S front cupholders clean is a bit of a pain since the bottom is not removable. So solve that little annoyance by printing these TPU cupholder coasters. These are designed for the 70mm diameter base in the Tesla Model S. I know it fits the original Model S as well as the circa 2016 refresh (new front end). May fit in other models, especially the Model X.

Print settings for a 0.4mm nozzle:

• Filament: TPU (I used Overture High Speed TPU, shore hardness: 95A, black)
• layer height 0.2
• wall loops: 0
• Top surface pattern: Concentric
• Top shell layers: 4
• Bottom surface pattern: Monotonic
• Bottom shell layers: 3
• Internal solid infill pattern: Concentric
• Sparse infill density: 100%
• Sparse infill pattern: Concentric
• No brim
