If you plan to generate your own g-code print the outshell and the stick with a high detail setting, the other parts that don't have texture and can be printed at lower detail.

On my g-code innershell.gcode the layer height changes from 0.2 to 0.1 at 61mm height, just before the scale handle starts. It also includes a brim on the tall stick.
