In Spain, when planting tomato plants, guides or stakes are usually made so that these plants can climb them. Normally, the construction of these structures takes a long time and it is not easy to make it straight and do it well while maintaining the correct angle. In addition, ropes, zip ties, etc. are often used, which complicate disassembly and which also cannot be reused, damaging the environment.
That is why I thought about creating this piece that works by compression and that facilitates the construction of the structure and that maintains a perfect 30º angle. It supports sticks or rods with diameters between 20-25mm, although this can be edited.
It is a piece that can be reused year after year, you just have to renew the rods or sticks that have been used.
I will upload more information and photos once I have assembled it in the field. I have also created a peg to make it easier to stick the cane or stick into the ground.
Can be used with other climbing plants
