Introducing my 3D-designed object, crafted for both style and functionality. Compatible with IKEA BROGRUND fixtures, it's easy to install without the need for glue or screws.
Edited: V2 provides a snugger fit.
If you find that it's still not tight enough around the toilet paper holder, you can dip the end in hot water and tighten it. Like on this picture :
