Ikea Dowel Pin collection

This is a collection of different sized dowel pins specifically for Ikea furniture. Each Part is named after the Ikea partnumber followed by the dimensions. I created one smooth and one rippled version of each dowel pin. 

I printed mine on a raft (pictures 2,3,4) in the orientation they are designed in to get the best strength against shear forces. I used a wallline count of 6 as well as 6 top-  and bottomlayers with 50% Gyroid infill. The dowel pins on the pictures are printed in ASA but I would recommend PLA since its tougher than ASA and the Heat resistance of ASA is not needed under normal conditions. This far the ASA pins work well in my 4x2 Kallax.

If you do not want to print the dowel pins on a raft, you can slice the dowel pins in half, so that you get two D-shaped halves for each pin. To get one dowel pin this way simply offset two pins by the radius in negative Z-direction in your slicer (picture 5). These halves can be glued together or just be held together by the pressure from the bore. Credits to @GekoPrime for this idea.
