Description
I needed a battery protection circuit for a DeWalt battery being used in a PowerWheels jeep.
It is old and missing the hood, so I needed to protect the xh-m609 voltage cutoff, board, but also wanted to see the voltage readout. It will be upside-down when mounted, but oh well. The jeep seems to draw up to 30A when starting out, so I wired in and included a mount for a 40A automotive relay.
required hardware:
1x m6 x 20 bolt & nut to mount the relay
4x m2.5 x 15 to mount the board to the case top, screen cover and spacer. (if requested I can change the hole size for m3 screws)
4x m3 x 30 self tapping screws
glue for sealing.
