Description
This is a mount for a rechargeable USB LED light bar on the Prusa Mini+, remixed from the Prusa Mini LED Light Bar by jagr200. I used the same mounting bracket portion & location (top of Z-axis extrusion), but since I only had a rechargeable LED light bar purchased from Amazon (link below), I created a slot (35mm W x 12.5mm H) that can receive the light bar.
The light bar is offset from the X-Axis about 10cm, which allows for clearance for the cable bundle, PTFE tube, and print head to move freely without tangling when printing a big and tall print.
No wiring required, just two M5 x 20 screws (stock screws are not long enough) to mount the mount. Pull out light bar to recharge.
Overall dimensions ~ 170mm L x 35mm W x 18mm H
Added a few design flourishes for visual integration and aesthetics. This is my first Prusa printer, and my first Prusa Print upload. Hope you all enjoy.
EDIT: Added a plain option that removes the Prusa Mini+ branding if that's not your thing:)
