Simple OpenSCAD elliptical soap box

Simple elliptical soap dish. If you're building from the sources, you'll need BOSL2. Fits a Trader Joe's shampoo bar very tightly (if it's unused and you didn't scale it up in your slicer, you'll probably need to warm it up to get it out). Lid might be snug at first, but in PLA, it should loosen up in a few openings/closings.
