About:
Prusa Mini Step Motor brace with 45deg blocks.
I had to install press button for time lapse and wanted to avoid installing it on the other end of the X axis and was not able to find anything that would suit my need.
The vertical wall prevents button from moving - guess what, double sided duct tape is not strong enough to prevent button from moving over time if pressed constantly during prints - so this prevents from button failing to register press during prints, thus making time lapse possible. Yet, the duct helps to keep button in place, at least for now - maybe someday it will be replaced by permanent glue?
So for now… behold the power of dual-sided duct tape, which was not strong enough to withstand the required force in given conditions, and now - thanks to the back wall - it makes it possible to serve the initial use case without being trashed by the wheel of time!
