Description
This is basically the funnel that BleedZone would provide except it is parametric and the dimensions can be changed to match what you want. And it works on road bikes with M7x0.75 thread.
The OpenSCAD program is reasonably well documented if you want a different size or shape funnel. I made mine a little taller than the standard because I have a large bike and the rear brake required a lot of fluid to flush. I actually did not use this funnel, and bleed the bike using the “original model” that I am labeling this as a remix of. The original model was difficult to screw in with slippery gloves from the oil (so I added a hexagonal section at the base), the cavity to push the plunger into was too small for the BleedZone plunger, and the funnel was too small for my liking. If you open the program you can see that it uses a library available from Github that you need to download to the same folder as this file.
I printed the prototype in transparent PETG using adaptive variable layers at full quality (quality/speed parameter of 0). It took several tries to get the cavity the right diameter to fit the plug tightly. Print upside down with brim. I left the brim on it because why not.
