Barrier Key for Tektronix TM500-series Card Edge Connectors

This is a replica of Tektronix part number 214-1593-02 which is no longer available.

This barrier key snaps onto the EDAC card edge connector that is used in TM500 series power supplies. It prevents incompatible plugins from being installed in the TM500 bays.

I printed these parts with PETG and a 0.25mm nozzle. I had to adjust the model geometry slightly in order to achieve the correct dimensions of the printed parts. I think these parts are pushing the limits of what can be printed accurately with the my printer (Prusa Mk3s+), so don't be surprised if you have to make adjustments for your printer as well.

I included two STL files, one “target" file which uses the desired dimensions, and the other file has the adjusted model dimensions I needed in order to get dimensionally correct printed parts.
