This model is not practical.
New PTFE Tube bearing is better.
The search for an alternative to the 608 bearing led to the Roller Bearing, which is made from PTFE tube.
A 4 mm diameter PTFE tube is cut to a length of 4 mm to make the roller.
A jig was also made to cut the PTFE tube precisely.
Using a cutter knife, a PTFE tube tapered roller can be precisely made.
It is not as good as a proper bearing, but it gives a reasonable rolling performance.
