Description
Die Kappen aus flexiblem Kunststoff werden über die Jahre porös, daher habe ich eine Print-in-Place klappbare Version erstellt. Diese hat sich an über 20 Regnern in den letzten 6 Jahren sehr gut bewährt.
The flexible plastic caps become porous over the years, so I created a print-in-place hinged version. This has worked very well on over 20 sprinklers in the last 6 years.
Measurements in the picture are in mm - STEP-File appended for missing measures
Printed in 0.4mm Layer hight and 3 Walls in ABS
Print it sideways with support and slot perpendicular like the appended G-Code shows.
( Designed in a time before I learned to orient parts for printing directly ;) )
After printing it needs a little force, to break free the mechanism
