Rotary Dryer Pole Plug for Brabantia Washing Line

The original pole plug on my Brabantia Rotary Dryer Washing Line was not very secure. Often when I removed the pole from the ground stake (to mow the lawn) it would fall out, or get stuck deep inside the ground stake. Not ideal, and even worse, it came out, but I did not see it and ran over it with the lawnmower. RIP.

I designed this replacement as a suitable approximation of the original. It fits a bit tighter, but can still be removed when needed. Like the original, it also has a drain hole. 

The model is self-supported on the outer rings, but you should add supports under the dome part of the model.

Print settings:

• Filament: PETG or ASA/ABS strongly recommended, but feel free to try with PLA
• Nozzle: I printed with 0.6, but 0.4 is equally good.
• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Infill: 15% gyroid
• Supports: yes, paint on under the dome portion only. Use the new organic or tree supports.
