Branded Raymarine i70 / p70 sun cover replacement

Instrument sun cover for Raymarine i70 / p70 individually branded (HIGH FIVE) and alternatively with Raymarine letters. Everything printed with PLA. Two step printig is necessary for printers without MMU.

How does the glueing work withour MMU:

First print letter badge on seperate steel plate remove it and put it aside.

Second print sun cover in same resolution and keep it on printig plate (Raymarine logo contains letters with isles - R, a, e). Once printig plate is cold take letter bade an glue it into the sun cover while the cover still sticks on the printing plate. After the glue is cured remove everything from the printing plate. However this special mounting process is not necessary for brand/logos with letter isles like HIGH FIVE!

Everything printed with PLA resolution 0.1mm no support. Remeber if you want to use black coloured filament to utilise PET alternatively to avoid warping of PLA when exposed to intense direct sunlight.
