Cable extension for drain operation

Idea

Mount rotary actuator for sink drain in a different location.

With the adapter, a standard cable can be extended.
For example on the side of the kitchen cabinet.

Preparation

For cables like in the drawing:

Needed material:

4x Screws in the range of M4x14 mm up to M4x25 mm (for outer housing)

4x Screws in the range of M4x12 mm up to M4x16 mm (for cable clamp)

1x additional cable for the extension

Assembly

1. Put cable in bottom cable clamp
   
2. put on top cable clamp (hole diameter 4,5 mm)
   
3. screw both cable clamps together
   
4. Insert assembly into holder
   
5. Put lid on holder
   
6. Screw lid onto holder
   

Extra steps if desired

The holder can be mounted with double-sided adhesive tape or fastened with screws.

Additional holder (A) can be used if required.

Screw holes (B) have a diameter of 4,5 mm.
