Replacement wheel v2 for AEG Vampyr 430 Vakuum cleaner

This is my completly reworked Replacement wheel for AEG Vampyr 430 Vakuum cleaner.

In addition you need (per wheel):

1 * M8*40mm Allen screw
1 * M8 Nut (key-width 13mm)
1 * Ball bearing 8*22*7 (Inner diameter 8mm, outer diameter 22mm, thickness 7mm)

When printing the “Achse 2 PLA” you have to add a print pause in the slicer to insert the nut.

The wheels must be printed in TPU (I did 15% infill) to work with the ball bearings (They are clamped with some tension.

For mounting give some “pre-tension” on the axis, slip it in the vakuum cleaner and tighten the screw
