Spacer for 4 port CO2 manifold

Remixed the spacer for the 3 port manifold. The goles didn't quite line up so had to make a new one.
This one uses m6 nuts to fasten the manifold to the spacer. The holes for screws to fasten the spacer to the wall/fridge/ceiling/relative are made to fit farmer screws, the ones for sheetmetal roofing.
