Ersatz Rad 7,5 Zoll Makita Rasenmäher (hinten) - #DA00000330

I designed an almost identical spare wheel for the rear of my Makita cordless lawn mower - more stable than the original because the soft struts are no longer needed! The original hubcap can still be used. A further improvement in driving experience occurs when an additional nut is used. This should be 2mm and can also be printed with PETG. If desired, I can add it as an STL file.

I recommend printing with 15% Adaptive cubic infill and PETG. A 0.4 nozzle is no problem, but due to time constraints I used a 0.6 nozzle. Both files are attached.

No supports are required for printing!
 

Ich Habe für meinen Makita Akku Rasenmährer ein nahezu identisches Ersatzrad für hinten entworfen - stabiler als Original da die weichen Verstrebungen wegfallen!
Die original Radkappe kann weiter verwendet werden. Eine weitere Verbesserung des Fahrgefühls tritt auf wenn noch eine zusätzliche Mutter verwendet wird. Diese sollte 2mm betragen und kann ebenfalls mit PETG gedruckt werden. Auf Wunsch füge ich sie als STL Datei hinzu.

Ich empfehle den Ausdruck mit PETG und 15% Adaptiv kubisch als Infill. Eine 0,4er Düse ist kein Problem jedoch habe ich aus Zeitgründen eine 0,6er benützt. Beide Dateien sind im Anhang.
